I have now added this to my face moisturizer (only using a few nights a week) and occasionally on my body. Unlike coconut oil, Jamaican Black Castor Oil is very thick and will clog pores if used too frequently. Using it on my face and body once a week works for me, but you should test the cadence on your skin and determine what works best for you.
